Specflue Training is a division of Specflue Limited.
All training courses must be booked using the online Specflue booking form. Payment will be taken at point of booking for our COD customers. Companies who have a Specflue Credit Account will be invoiced the day following the booking.
It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that they have booked onto the correct course. Should the wrong course be booked, no refund will be issued. Candidates will be contacted if the requested course is full and offered an alternative date. All pre-requisites are the responsibility of the candidate to provide. Incorrect pre-requisites may result in a candidate being refused entry onto the course, and forfeiting all course fees. In the case of cancellations, Specflue will hold a waiting list for those wishing to attend fully booked courses.
Specflue regret that we are unable to offer refunds for course cancellations; where candidates wish to cancel their place or fail to start. Either a written notification or email is required to transfer a booking to another course. Specflue reserves the right to make amendments to course dates, fees or other details, and to make cancellations. In the unfortunate situation that Specflue have to cancel a course, a full refund will be issued.

The assessment for the BPEC Vented & Unvented Hot Water Systems (Part G3) Certificate is broken into three sections. If the assessment is failed the course assessments will need to be retaken at a reduced cost of £55 + VAT.
